Brookings has an elevation of between 0 and 60 feet above sea level - we are parked at about 60 above sea level in the photos. While snow throughout many areas of the US isn't uncommon, it is not that common right next to the ocean! It made for a very cold start to the day for Joe & Don Spotts with their friend Bill Eggert and his son.
